so I would get up at 3 ish run that ride and just wants to be clear that's 3 a.m. 3 a.m. run and run how far what would be give me a day in the life of turned eight 1212 was sort of my staple mm-hmm run 12 jump on them you know no shower jump on the bike ride in to work shower Aston seat by 6:30 and I was a programmer at the time I met even though I had people I loved the architect and build stuff right so somewhere in there and prepping for my run that would make a smoothie with whey protein isolate and glutamine and glucosamine and flaxseed oil and all the stuff I needed to recover so I'd have that in the freezer come back from my run grab that throw it in my pack throw my computer in my patch amp on the bike and then I'll put my feet up and so from 6:30 to noon I would sip on a smoothie that was super cold and eat over time you know that those would be my name's 2,000 calorie shake essentially right
