there are studies that have done previously that show the largest decreases in total testosterone were seen in the two studies with vegetarian low-fat diets this is hill 1979 mill 1980. linked here in the paper reference 44 and 49. they say these diets may have been lower in zinc which is a common feature of vegetarian diets
they're missing a lot of these supporting nutrients
