It's a good question. And I think that with respect to people, people need to be physically active. Whatever it is they're going to do and do it regularly, routinely, establish a routine, is in my opinion, the most important thing. So not concerning yourself so much with, oh, I need to be doing this zone two, or I need to be doing high-intensity interval training. What you need to do is do what you know you will do. That's the most important thing.
