not all people are the same i really think there are some people for whom alcohol does not seem to have that negative effect like for example in me one drink doesn't really seem to have a negative effect provided it's around 6 p.m and i'm going to bed at 9 00 p.m but two drinks does have the effect i've seen patients for whom two drinks has no effect

many people will drink to kind of provide a a um a segue from the the day the work day to the evening and they find it helps them calm down and sleep better but we know it disrupts your sleep
