So, in many diseases, complex diseases, Alzheimer's disease in particular, we know that people have probably different forms of Alzheimer's disease and we know there are risk factors that predispose you to have Alzheimer's disease, but most of the trials now are done in all comers with the disease who already have the diagnosis. And so you could imagine that if you have these predictors of change, the predictors of risk and you get actually more resolution and we can talk about that in a minute. What the next stages of this type of research, you may get different profiles in people and say okay let's test this new drug in this type of Alzheimer's disease who has a very particular risk profile uh rather than in everyone. and then the drug fails. I think we may have tested a lot of drugs out there that might actually be beneficial, but because we apply them to everyone and we apply them too late, they fail and we throw them away.
