and I spent a lot of time going back and reading late 1800s mid nineteen thanking ninety papers individuals that went to exotic islands and and learning circle and reported back people that are living what I would call closer to the land right so not not living off of grocery store food flour sugar oils etc that you would find in so-called Western civilization and diets and the further they got from these civilizing factors the healthier they were so a lot of doctors in the early ninth nineteen hundreds were referring to the Western diet as the diseases of civilization diabetes Alzheimer's heart disease and cancer
