A single breath will change your state. You're nervous, you take a deep breath and it seems to help relax, so- - Or a sigh. - Call it what you will, call it what you will. It seems to work. Now, it doesn't have a permanent change, but when I'm getting up to bat or getting up to the first tee or getting to give a big talk or coming to do a podcast, I get a little bit anxious, a deep breath, or a few deep breaths are tremendously effective in calming one down.
