i don't even think it has to be provoked i used to think you had to use like dmsa or eta but you just do urinary heavy metals lead cadmium arsenic and mercury would be reasonable in your urine and some people would say oh it's not about it's just your recent exposure but i still think if you have a bunch in your body you'll see it in the urine
