I usually eat now first thing when I wake up and I don't like not eating um because I just it don't I don't feel as good and it's something we've talked about on previous podcasts I think that um yeah getting more glycogen back I want to keep the cortisol down so I just think wow I'm always doing these fasted blood work because I want to get lipids and that's the standard is fasting lipids but I think in the future I might do more blood work non-fasting and just maybe even do lipids non-fasting and understand that the triglycerides will not be fasting but everything else will look a little differently
