And there's even a really interesting study comparing cream with butter, on blood lipids. And so, cream actually had a neutral effect on blood lipids, whereas butter kind of skewed things in an adverse direction. Usually it's typically an increase in LDL. The reason why cream had this neutral effect, what they're figuring, and this is based on other studies as well, is that it's got this component called milk fat globule membrane, MFGM, which gets churned out of butter.
