However, in my opinion, it's far more powerful to be able to leverage, that is, to activate these levels of alertness in your brain and body in a way that doesn't require any pharmacology if you don't have it available to you, or you're trying to avoid pharmacology, or you're working out late at night, or you want to focus later at night, and you don't want to be kept awake by the caffeine.
