The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I myself have never tried an every other day caffeine approach, although I'm considering doing it based on the literature that I've read. And I'm considering doing it in a very specific way, which would be to only consume caffeine on the days in which I resistance train.
But I do restrict it until the time right up about 2:00 PM at the latest is really when I were trying to drink caffeine.
I drink black coffee black espresso and Y Bronte um I love Yerba Monte been drinking it since I was a little one um because of the argentines in my family um and I drink it in the early part of the day typically um a couple hours after waking or so I'll have my first um sip of caffeine and then I try to stop drinking caffeine somewhere around noon or 1 p.m. occasionally I'll have a shot or two of a espresso in the early afternoon if there's important work to be done and I need to do that
I consume an ungodly amount of caffeine each day. I'm very caffeine tolerant. I actually can't drink coffee in the morning. But in the afternoon, I absolutely love it. It tastes aversive to me early in the day. I don't know why. I drink yerba mate early in the day and throughout the morning, and then in the afternoon, I like a cup of coffee. The same cup of coffee tastes absolutely delightful in the afternoon.
I legitimately drink somewhere between 600 and probably 900 milligrams of caffeine per day.
my typical thing is I I will use coffee or your bate or both prior to a hard Weight Workout but when it comes to cardio I try and do my cardio without any any caffeine or even and certainly no excessive caffeine maybe a half a cup of coffee maybe a y bat or 2
