if you've heard that taking caffeine within the hours or same day as MDMA can increase the toxicity of MDMA that does appear to be true based on animal studies
certainly making sure that any MDMA that one takes is in the legal clinical setting that it's therefore pure MDMA right that it's not cut with other things which certainly can increase toxicity controlling the temperature of one's environment restricting caffeine intake at least on the day of MDMA ingestion but certainly the day before and the day after would be advantageous
