if you make bone broth with bones that are trabecular meaning that the long bones the end of long bones not the shaft of long bones but the end of long bones when you take them out of the water you'll have collagenous matrix in the water but you can also eat the bone because it becomes soft so you can actually eat the bones and you can eat rib bones and you can eat the marrow in the rib bones there's red marrow in the rib bones
