the reason we think is because it probably most of the dna in the blood comes from white blood cells we know that's true about 80 90 percent of the cell free dna is coming from white blood cells and that the other 10 or 20 percent comes from solid organs as well as cancer and probably the dna has to traverse longer to get into the blood right if you could die in the tissue and then you to get into the blood takes a while and that's probably a long longer time to to be exposed to the enzymes that are yeah that's right so we think that's part of the problem it may also be that some of the way the histones in the chromatin is configured may contribute to it
