I mean like right people people what you're describing of course comes stems in part from the warberg effect which had always been you know people had always thought well it must be that cancers can't undergo oxidative phosphorilation and that's why they're doing this inefficient thing but to your point between the substrate argument you know going through reams of glucose leaves you more building blocks which is what they need more than ATP uh and then on top of that you're lowering the pH you're creating this incredibly harsh micro environment uh it seems like there's every reason in the world for from from a from a um a natural selection standpoint for cancer to do that
