i think this is what's overlooked is that mainstream quote garden variety cardiologists who are well-intentioned and very intelligent are probably to blame for the epidemic of heart disease over the last 60 years and that's a pretty sobering thought considering that we have been told by the american heart association for that long to eat vegetable oil which is rich in linoleic acid right
