you can see that the more omega-6 in the total polyunsaturated fatty acids the higher the coronary heart disease mortality now again this is observational correlation and i asked people on twitter do you have any data that breaks this correlation i haven't seen anything from people you can see japan here pretty low and i'd have to go back and look and see when these actual results were but you can see that the percent omega 6 as a percentage of your total polyunsaturated fats in your tissue correlates very strongly the r the r squared the correlation coefficient is 0.986 with the coronary heart disease
