then it starts to go back down when i go hypercaloric this is kind of collequily known as the feldman protocol lots of people consume a lot of dietary fat coming up to a blood test because they know they can take their ldl not that i'm recommending this but this does in fact result i believe from if you're consuming a lot of fat particularly if you've got more uh insulin drive and so forth that's pinning more of the lipolysis in you end up with less vldl and therefore less successive ldl particles and ldl cholesterol
