I don't think the ventilators saved as many lives as we hoped yeah I think it's very fair point like the 1 out of 5 person that survived off a ventilator like every single life is precious that's awesome but I think just from objective standpoint a therapeutic that works for Easter at a time is not you wouldn't run a RCT and be like oh this is a great intervention yeah I mean that's just that just numbers and then from a policy perspective I'm curious to get your thoughts on Sweden particularly I think that country has definitely been a hotbed of observation where you see the same stats some headlines say that this is a example of a country well run and you know their economy is not formally shut down but you know they're managing kind of voluntary social isolation as they see fit and the economy's kind of going it's not as harsh of a economic social impact and then you have other folks at the same data point where it's like Oh Sweden
