oral health is not part of that so and i want that to be part of a magically compromised patient the same way that they need to see a nutrition they need to see our own health specialists because that's going to help them respond to the cancer treatment they're not going to have the burden of infection inflammation in their mouth and of course they're going to perform better they're going to eat better because if they have ulcers they're not going to be able to eat so there's a whole benefit around that but there is no insurance would pay and that is not a standard of care procedure
