If you have apo that is raising or going up, and by this I mean LDL, which is essentially a B, um, plus VLDL and maybe a LP little A. um and you're and that's going up, but your ox LDL is going down, your triglycerides are going down, your HDL is going up, and your fasting insulin is going down. Do you really have a higher cardiovascular risk? And is does that make any sense evolutionarily or historically? I would argue that it doesn't and that you probably don't have a higher cardiovascular risk.
