so if you actually look at the study carefully and you look at the ones they included and I'm trying to pull up the study so I can show people they were very very few tissue biopsies so adipose tissue linoleic acid is the only accurate measure of linoleic acid in the human body I'll talk about why and so of all the studies they included in this only two or three of the potentially 30 plus studies looked at adipose tissue linoleic acid and in those three studies there was no correlation there was no protective benefit of linoleic acid for cardiovascular disease
