What they did is they had people, subjects that were either younger, so in their 20s, or 40 years old or older, view red light of about 670 nanometers. 670 nanometers would appear red to you and me. They, they had them do that, excuse me, at a distance that was safe for their eyes, so at about a foot away. Now, a foot away from a very intense red light could actually be damaging to the eyes, so they had them do this at about a foot away from a red light that was of low enough intensity that it did not damage the eyes. And they had them do that anywhere from two to three minutes per day. And in one study, they had them do that for a long period of time of about 12 weeks.
