cardiovascular disease largely driven by three things like a proteins inflammation and a field dysfunction
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.
cardiovascular disease largely driven by three things like a proteins inflammation and a field dysfunction
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
So what you're not going to get on a standard blood test is any of the longevity genes. I mean, you can get some of them, but certainly ApoE would be one of the longevity genes. LP little a would be a longevity gene in inverse. So the lower your LP little a, the greater your chance of cardiovascular mortality. So the way I really think about longevity in blood is The three things that you're looking for in blood disease-wise are, what is this person's risk of atherosclerotic disease, so heart disease or stroke? What is this person's risk of cancer? What is this person's risk of neurodegenerative disease? So as you march down those things, you would say, well, cardiovascular disease largely driven by three things, lipoproteins, inflammation, endothelial dysfunction.
