celebrate your high ldl cholesterol if you are metabolically healthy celebrate celebrate your blood sugar and your nutrients
my cholesterol is high I've checked it on my blood work but I am metabolically healthy I know this and so I do not fear red meat
if you are somebody who is at a high level of risk and it those values aren't looking too good and there's you have a clear atherogenic dadema profile you're not a lean mass hyperr your profile is not looking like that and you check some of these other values and things are not looking okay then start to be like okay what do I have to do to put out the fires
