and we listen to this as a society in America and we said uh and people reduce cholesterol they reduce saturated fat reduce red meat increase fruits and vegetables increase uh carbohydrates and sugar certainly as well as seed oils high fructose corn syrup consumption increased by over threefold uh seed oil consumption increased by over threefold as well red meat decreased by over oneir a lot of that was replaced with chicken but red meat in particular was reduced saturated fat intake was reduced and what happened well the rates of heart disease tripled
