An animal-based diet with fruits and honey works for many, myself included.
so that basic diet is pretty darn similar to a carnivore diet but i love the idea of an animal-based diet that allows a little more freedom and a spectrum of plant toxicity
I've chosen just to stay on the animal-based diet. I find there's plenty of variety. Certainly, I think nutritionally there's enough more than adequate amounts of all the nutrients I need in an animal-based diet.
