i shared a real recently about a carnivore diet that improves someone's alopecia areata autoimmune hair loss
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so i found on reddit there was a guy on reddit who used a carnivore diet to heal his alopecia areata
they could argue strongly in favor of the idea that dietary change could be really impactful for autoimmunity in this case he did carnivore he cut out plant foods
one of the things that's fascinating for me about an animal-based diet is that it does help with a lot of these autoimmune conditions it's not a panacea doesn't work every time but for some people
I think that the high level there is make sure you're getting enough nutrients and be aware that you could be losing hair from an autoimmune perspective in which case an Elimination Diet like an animal-based diet of organs meat food onion raw dairy could be very helpful
