i started on a carnivore diet i eliminated all plant foods from my diet that was all fruit even but certainly all vegetables all leaves all stems all roots all nuts seeds grains and legumes which are all seeds and i did that as an experiment originally found psychological benefits i felt much calmer mentally much more emotionally stable my eczema got way better and i felt great for about a year
carnivore just meat organs fat and salt for two years that fixed the eczema resulted improvements in psychological function mental clarity emotional stability that i didn't expect
What originally helped my eczema was a carnivore diet, so I ate only meat and organs and fat for a year and a half. Eczema resolved, but now I eat animal-based where I have meat plus fruit plus squash, which is a fruit.
