I I the first thought would be increase the carbohydrates um I think that a lot of people when they transition when they transition to animal-based they're used to getting more carbohydrates from oatmeal or bread or grains and we're not really used to eating a lot of fruit or a lot of Honey or maple syrup or raw milk with lactose or something with the carbohydrates but I think that increasing the carbohydrates either by fruit juice adding honey to anything you're drinking if you're doing raw milk or milk adding honey to that or maple syrup doing a little more fruit or or the fruit juice I think will help out a lot because I I just I wonder if that's that's the issue going on with the headaches
