it's like this it's so much easier to say okay we're just gonna you can get all the animals you want as if your ancestors were quite successful let's just eliminate the plants for some amount of time or for a long time get you better and then reintroduce if you want or not
i believe and use a carnivore diet as the ultimate elimination diet and because there are absolutely a large number of people who when their guts are wrecked quite frankly fiber is a real troublemaker particularly raw fiber
and those are the people that i think should be thinking about animal-based aka carnivorous diets the most
