just realizing that when you incorporate plants do so mindfully and the more of the well raised animal foods you get I think the better your gonna do it's like a straight line or I mean that's how I constructed a straight line the more well sourced animal foods you eat the more you're gonna kick ass right you don't have to meet all of them all the time if you don't want to some people do a lot of carnivores in this room but knowing that you can eat plants sometimes it's fine just be aware of which plants are more or less toxic oxalates lectins etc particular phytonutrients actually phyto toxins that you might be sensitive to
