I don't think we all have to be completely carnivorous but I think that the takeaway for people is that eating animals will give you more nutrients and you will avoid more plant toxins
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I think that's totally cool one of the things that I am trying to discuss in my book in the beginning chapters is this quality of life equation and you're clearly I think understanding that for some people the highest quality of life is eating some plant products from time to time and you're clearly kicking ass in so many areas of your life you don't have autoimmune disease you don't have inflammation and so I think in those types of situations I have a squeaky clean colon you have you have the most pristine call and the bruno has seen the long time glittering glistening Sparkle : your your your unicorn poo is just I just can't believe you didn't seek illiterate coming out of you I never said I didn't oh yeah I wish how come you didn't post that on Instagram I don't do I don't do poo on Instagram I've heard their channels I haven't even looked for me don't want to see that but I think this is totally appropriate that there people can employ a carnivore ish diet when they want and people can eat plans if that's the highest quality of life for them at their time in their life and if they're not having other autoimmune or inflammatory issues
In the book that I'm writing I have a version of the carnivore diet which is called a carnivore ish diet which is sort of an American Western colloquialism but I think it's useful for many people to think about
i'm quite intrigued by the possibility of a carnivore-ish type diet for a lot of people that might be something like a tier one or two carnivore diet if you've read my book the carnivore code all of these diets are going to include meat and organs as the majority of the diet but there is some room for including plants for color variety texture or if you want to have different macros
