I think for most people the the pitfall is they don't get enough calories for both men and women and I've seen this for men's hormones as well on a carnivore diet or any diet that when we make these shift what we've learned is that ketogenic diets or you know low carbohydrate diets are quite satiating and if men covered you know limit their calories as well they will see a drop in testosterone
