my uric acid was 4.6 milligrams per deciliter the units will be important later when we look at uric acid and oxidative stress and i also want to point out that my fasting insulin was 3 my c-peptide was 1.0 and my vitamin e was very high um you know it's actually at the high end of normal sometimes people criticize a strictly carbon diet so there's not a vitamin e well it wasn't supplementing with vitamin e and my vitamin e was very high my coenzyme q10 was off the charts 2.38 my homocysteine was 7. my 25 hydroxyl vitamin d was 44. i was living in san diego at the time probably could have been better but this is old blood work from more than a few years ago you can see here my ferritin is 220.
