and I think what we're talking about here is the fact that ketogenic and carnivore diets change many of these markers in a way that could be interpreted as a negative when in fact it's probably not the same as inflammation
so many of these criticisms against the carnivore diet don't hold up when we look at the clinical data there are more and more carnivores who are doing labs and we do not see a tendency toward inflammation
