I think people should also be checking doing a CGM at at least one point in their life doing a continuous blood glucose monitor I think you can also check inflammatory markers and if you don't want to do a CGM you can do a just a finger blood stick finger stick glucose postprandial ii and compare that to your fasting glucose and look for that post prandial excursion to get a sense of the AG ease and I feel like with all those metrics we would get a sense of the claw you know and get fasting ketones in the morning you could tell liver glycogen you could tell you know where your igf-1 is you can tell essentially what your overall mTOR is looking like at least in the morning when you're fasting and you could get a sense of this glycation happening when you're after eating I think if people use those metrics alone they could get a really good sense of how they're doing
