we need blue light during the day that is what's driving wakefulness and cortisol like helpful cortisol uh so you can get stuff done and dopamine during the day like blue light is more driving it's driving the cuz you get the cortisol Awakening response in the morning it's driving actually probably the drop of cortisol isn't it yeah but it's it's driving uh timing cortisol PE blue light is the main what's called sight Gaber or time Giver to our our circadian system
