my suspicion would be that um plant coenzyme q10 is much less bioavailable than animal coenzyme q10
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so they're making vegan coq10 now i i'd love to see like uh how much is actually in there because i don't think it's anything near what you're going to get in animal food and i'm going to bet it's either a different form because there are b12 analogs in plant foods that don't actually work like b12 or could block b12 function in the human body and then there are also other forms of many nutrients and plants which are not very bioavailable
