What is a minimum amount or doable amount of exercise that will get you these cognitive benefits? And now I can say in 30 to 50 year olds that are low fit two to three times a week. Is that doable? Absolutely. Will it be hard if you're low fit? Yeah, it's it's going to be challenging, but absolutely doable. This is not like you have to become marathon runner to get any of these benefits. This is you have to start moving your body on a regular basis, two to three times a week.
