And there's something called cognitive load theory that breaks down sort of what happens when our brains are under states of uh you know load and that load can come from sort of three different places. It might be coming from intrinsic uh what you would call intrinsic information which is what and this is all during learning the intrinsic load cognitive load load would be from uh you know the difficulty of the material I'm trying to understand how you know really some things are easy to learn some things are a lot harder and that's intrinsic load extraneous load would be the load that comes from how the information is presented
