So, what you want to do is, as I've talked about before, you want to cool the bottoms of the feet, the palms of the hands, and the upper part of the face. Now, you can also cool the rest of the body, but it's not okay to just stay under the covers and just cool uh, you know, the neck or something like that. You really want to try and create a systemic or whole body cooling.
