one of the issues is that in a lot of these degenerative diseases we're we're able to detect the difference in the retina but we're not necessarily able to say hey if we see this in the retina it's multiple sclerosis but if we see that in the retina it's Alzheimer's disease so there may not be there may be good sensitivity to detecting the disease and to following whether your diseas is your brain disease is getting worse but there may not be very good specificity differentiating the different diseases
