And so once you do the basic things which are eat red meat and nutrient-dense foods, I think red meat and egg yolks and liver are like the superfoods to start with and you address methylation with just a simple methylated B vitamin complex like I talked about. Go from there. If you still have issues, start to look at micronutrients and see if there's anything deficient because you need all the micronutrients and some of us just don't absorb one thing or another thing. We have bio-individuality and it's hard to say broadly what the problem is. But I would start yeah with the food then go to the methylated B vitamins and then look at individual potential deficiencies. And when you do those things I think you will it's just yeah it's almost like a veil is lifted right some days you can think like wow my brain actually works um and and that that's really great thing and I wish that that mainstream psychiatry would go there.
