So, it would be smart to start to balance things out a bit more. When you're in nature, you don't look at each leaf. Everything is moving and you are kind of immersed in that and then something attracts your attention. Oh, it's a bird and you focus and you go back into the general state, the basic state which is open awareness. Here we switch things around. In our modern culture, we are mostly focused and then we size daydream which is maybe some kind of a some kind of a balancing act that comes from deep within.
