So, if I can carve out 20 to 30 minutes in the middle of the day... I will come back to my room, close the drapes, put a shirt over my eyes, put the earplugs in, and try and get a mini micro nap, 20 to 30 minutes, because I do find that it helps me be more creative and have more neuroplasticity at least. subjectively in the afternoon.
