is that the the winter swimmers were physically uh warmer on the skin compared to the control group so they when they are out of the cold when they're out of the cold just relaxing and we tested this in in on the days where they were sleeping in the lab so we could see that they had a a more activation of the brown fat higher temperature so probably because they also loose heat uh they have higher heat loss to the body compared to the control group
