Or just do the cold exposure before training!
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Or just do the cold exposure before training!
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Try the cold first or on a different day but if that’s the only time you have, keep it there.
I suggest in the morning anytime before workouts, or in general before workouts as opposed to afterwards.
I would actually prefer you do the cold before. If you really had to do it.
if there is a performance concern we try to put it as far away from training as we can that's what we say training in the evening plunge before if you like you train the the morning morning Plunge in the evening like get cold that's cool
And if you do cold plunge by itself, you should do it before your workout and not after your workout.
You want to separate it ideally six to eight hours.
