The mechanism here is what's key, and I keep saying that because what it means is that you don't actually have to know the specific protocol. I'm not trying to say, do this particular protocol. You have to figure out, and it should be easy to figure out what short term adrenaline increasing behavior you're willing to do on a regular basis every day, or two or three times a week.
